Cynthia Duggan has been hearing God's voice since childhood. She answered His call early and gave her first sermon at the tender age of fifteen. She is currently on the pastoral staff of Living Fountain Ministry in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina, and serves as Academic Dean and advisor to students of prophetic studies at Living Fountain Bible Training Center. She believes it is her mandate to reveal the heart of God and to bring others into His holy presence so that they might hear and see God's glory and be changed into His image.
