Stelman Smith is a retired Baltimore police sergeant who serves as chaplain to the department. He also is chaplain for the University of Maryland Shock-Trauma Critical Incident Team and director of Zion's Hill Ministries. Susan Smith is a counselor, teacher, writer of Sunday school curriculum, and an author of several books and more than fifty articles. Both the Smiths are much in demand as guest lecturers. They have three children and four grandchildren.
